Ponderosa Cascade Community

Welcome to the Ponderosa Cascade Community website. The website provides contact information for the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board members and Design Committee members. HOA documents are available such as the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the minutes of each board meeting. Proposed changes to your property may be submitted to the Design Committee.

Some of the website content is publicly available to anyone visiting the site, while other pages are private to the community and restricted to residents who have registered on the website. Select the “register” or "log in" link at the top of the site for access to more website pages. Registered users will receive community news from the HOA board of directors via email.

Residents are welcome to participate with your volunteer board to help maintain the quality of life that we enjoy.
